Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day talent acquisition activities of the Bank by championing the liaison work with line departments
  • Organize regular and ac hoc recruitment campaigns, including but not limited to talent marketing activities of campus recruitment, retail and commercial banking segment
  • Coordinate interviews and other selection activities with stakeholders, including but not limited to recruiters and hiring managers
  • Ensure HR compliance requirements are strictly met through conducting thorough due-diligence activities
  • Responsible for drafting and preparing regular and ac hoc reports for progress tracking and management review
  • Streamline end-to-end talent acquisition activities by updating job vacancies, talent pipeline statues in our online recruitment system
  • Make good use and utilize social media and other talent acquisition tools for social recruitment

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in working in various types of teams, and a good team player
  • Good organizational skills, highly flexible and a fast learner
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict timeline
