Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with Manager to reach out target companies, organisation, corporations, startups, celebrities through outbound calls/Wechat/booth/attending shows/fairs/exhibitions/expos
Lead generation and prospecting including events, outdoor activities etc.
Collect marketing information, assist in the project development, implementation of sales activities, and provide sales support functions
Coordinate with internal and external parties for meetings, presentations, etc.
Prepare meeting minutes, tracking of project progress
Handle enquiries and follow up requests from clients via phone call, Wecht, email, f2f etc.
Handle clerical duties assigned by Manager
Work as a check-up ambassador assisting Mandarin speaking customers at clinic
Perform ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirement:
Undergraduate in one of the universities in HK
Self-motivated, dedicated, independent and customer-service oriented
Good interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skill
Native Mandarin speaker. Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English. IANG visa holder is welcome
Good on skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
