Job Responsibilities
- Provide high quality and customer-friendly counter services to customers
- Handle daily financial transactions and customers' enquiries
- Refer Customers to respective colleagues in satisfying customer’s other financial needs
- Provide excellent service in handling customer issues and enquiries in a timely, problem-free and responsive manner
- Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and
- Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work
Requirements
- Attained Level 2/Grade E or above in 5 subjects in HKCEE / HKDSE including Chinese, English and Mathematics, equivalent or above
- Strong desire to develop career in banking industry
- Customer-oriented, independent, pro-active, and presentable
- Strong commitment and good communication skills
- Basic PC knowledge
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Work location: Branch placement will be subject to hiring team's final decision
(Candidate with less / without relevant working experience will be considered for the position of Customer Services Representative)
