AVP/VP, Investment Product and Governance

Responsibilities

To lead, drive and support Investment related projects and change initiatives, including local/regional driven programs
To own and oversee all investment product related sales suitability processes including systems and procedures where applicable
To design and implement improvements to Investment sales and ordering process
To support and address all investment product risk and compliance
To improve and provide routine investment suitability training
To support the resolution of process- or system related Incidents.

Requirements

University degree is preferred
Possess HKSI with CFA is a definite advantage
At least 5 years of relevant project management experience as a Business Analyst / Change Manager in Wealth Management projects
Ability to work independently and analyze situations with prioritize.
Attention to details with strong organizational and time management.
Able to communicate effectively with influencing
Strong compliance and customer centric mindset
Strong in project management and presentation
Good knowledge of PC application software including Excel & PowerPoint
