Customer Service Officer - Kowloon Tong Campus【$17,800 up !】
 

• Working Time: 09:00 - 18:00, 5.5-day work
• Salary: $17,800 up, discretionary bonus

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer visits, enquiries, bookings and complaints to ensure that all customers are well served in a timely, courteous and professional manner;
• Perform logistics, reporting, administrative and clerical support duties;
• Perform data input, reporting and provide clerical support;
• Comply with all services requirements as well as guidelines and operating procedures; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of School or his/her delegates.

Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma holders with 1-2 years' experience in customer services;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and can work as a team;
• Able to work independently and interested in communicating with people;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Knowledge of MS Windows application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
