Responsibilities
- Provide the highest standard customer service to our guests.
- Handle all kinds of reservations, including email, phone booking & walk-in, seats arrangement.
- Assist to ensure a smooth operation within the restaurant.
- Ad hoc support that assigned by Operations Manager.
Requirements
- 3 year or above guest relations related experience in F&B industry.
- Good command of English and Putonghua, fluent Cantonese.
- Experience in handling walk in customers / booking is surely an advantage.
- Clear mindset and detail minded
- Fine Dining experience is an advantage
- Applicants with frontline experience would be consider as Assistant Manager
