Operation Officer （Brokerage Firm)

About the role

Conrad Investment Services Limited is seeking an Operation Officer to join our team based in Central Central and Western District. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient settlement operations for our financial services clients.

What you'll be doing

• Perform daily settlement operation, including Hong Kong and US Market;
• Handle CCASS operation including physical stock deposit / withdrawal, SI / ISI;
• Handle corporate action activities, IPO & placing;
• Liaise and resolve settlement issues with clients and counterparties;
• Perform stock reconciliation for Hong Kong and US Market;
• Ensure smooth running of daily settlement and comply with policies and procedures;
• Perform daily reporting to exchange; and
• Participate in system implementation, UAT and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Knowledge in CCASS;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in securities firm
• Proactive, willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in MS office application and PC skills; 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferable.
