Account Services (Assistant) Manager (SME Client on boarding), Operations

Responsibilities
Provide support to account opening, customer information maintenance for Retail and SME
Participate in UAT testing
Perform maker function on the transactions and make sure the tasks are completed on time
Conduct name screening (SAS) for client on boarding, periodic review and trigger event review
Understand and comply with the standards and procedures set out, as well as relevant local regulatory requirements (including in respect of AML/CFT/KYC, tax, sanctions and embargoes matters)
Handle account maintenance tasks for existing customers
Assist any ad-hoc duties and UAT assigned by supervisors
Requirements
University Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 3 years of working experience in financial institutions with exposure to banking operations, account maintenance
Mature, self-motivated, able to work independently & under pressure, and willing to accept challenges
Prudent and attentive to details
Good communication, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills
Proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese typewriting is a must
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
