Description

1.Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for the wealth – retail division, aligning with the bank’s goals.
  • Lead the department in achieving financial targets and enhancing profitability
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the department
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of strong relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive client experience across all interactions.

 

2. Product Development and Marketing

  • Lead the design and launch of new investment products, insurance solutions, and financial services
  • Assess market trends and client needs to innovate and enhance product offerings
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for wealth management services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and market presence

 

3.Investment Strategy Oversight

  • Guide investment strategies based on market analysis and client objectives.   
  • Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet client goals

 

4.Risk Management and Compliance

  • Ensure all wealth management activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with investment and insurance products

 

5.Performance Analysis

  • Analyze financial performance metrics and client feedback to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Work closely with retail product, investment, and insurance teams to provide integrated services to clients.
  • Enhance the overall customer experience by ensuring seamless service delivery across departments-Promote professional development opportunities within the team.

 

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, retail banking, or related financial services
  • In-depth understanding of investment products, insurance solutions, and financial markets.   Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management practices in wealth management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficient in financial analysis and investment strategy development.
  • Ability to interpret market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and profitability
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for wealth management services.
