Description
1.Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement the overall strategy for the wealth – retail division, aligning with the bank’s goals.

Oversee the development and maintenance of strong relationships with high-net-worth clients

2. Product Development and Marketing

3.Investment Strategy Oversight

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, retail banking, or related financial services

In-depth understanding of investment products, insurance solutions, and financial markets. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management practices in wealth management
