ROLE:
Step into the role of a Restaurant Server at Black Sheep, where you contribute to crafting memorable dining experiences for each of our guests. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create positive and memorable guest experiences by delivering a high level of service.

Engage guests to understand their needs, exceed expectations and create Champions.

Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurant story, menus and drinks lists.
-
Take full responsibility for section management and table maintenance.
-
Seek opportunities to upsell to guests and drive sales by providing knowledgeable and attentive service.
-
Ensure all stations/ operational areas are clean, orderly and replenished.
-
Ensure all napkins are prepared and glassware, cutlery/ crockery are polished and ready for service.
-
Champion cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant, following sanitisation protocols.

Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance.
-
Engage with daily team briefings, arriving dressed, motivated and ready for the shift ahead.

Take a keen interest in food, wine, the hospitality industry and events across the Black Sheep community.

Nurture a positive working environment, building strong relationships with teammates.

Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

確保餐廳符合衛生清潔標準。

持續參與在職培訓以提高個人及團隊表現。

穿整齊制服並積極參與每日團隊簡報,為工作做好準備。

對美酒佳餚、服務業及Black Sheep Restaurants的活動抱有濃厚的興趣。
-
營造積極正面的工作環境,保持團隊士氣。

良好粵語及英語、普通話。

較多經驗者會被考慮為餐廳部長。
