Key Responsibilities

Analyze performance data and monitor channel business activities to drive achievement of business goals

Assess business data in line with company strategies and developments, preparing summary reports and planning documents

Participate in managing innovative and pilot projects, coordinating resources across departments

Conduct field research and market visits to propose innovative improvements in business processes, product strategies, and activity planning
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or related fields

Over 3 years of experience in the financial industry, with a preference for candidates with experience in comprehensive finance or loan services

Strong team management and communication skills, with prior experience in independently managing and coordinating business teams preferred

Knowledge of loan product sales methods, with experience in channel management and project management preferred

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools, with excellent resource integration, business advancement, and data analysis capabilities.
