Business Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data and monitor channel business activities to drive achievement of business goals
• Assess business data in line with company strategies and developments, preparing summary reports and planning documents
• Participate in managing innovative and pilot projects, coordinating resources across departments
• Conduct field research and market visits to propose innovative improvements in business processes, product strategies, and activity planning
   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or related fields
• Over 3 years of experience in the financial industry, with a preference for candidates with experience in comprehensive finance or loan services
• Strong team management and communication skills, with prior experience in independently managing and coordinating business teams preferred
• Knowledge of loan product sales methods, with experience in channel management and project management preferred
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools, with excellent resource integration, business advancement, and data analysis capabilities.
