Recruitment, (Assistant) Manager, Human Resources

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent.
  • Manage the recruitment budget to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and management to understand recruitment needs and align with organizational strategies.
  • Participate in the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Oversee and manage recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities, industry associations, and professional networks, to enhance the talent pipeline.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and leverage this knowledge to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with employment ordinance and regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Target Candidates:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a recruitment expert.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with employment ordinance and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (with fluent Putonghua)
