Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent.
Manage the recruitment budget to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Collaborate with HR business partners and management to understand recruitment needs and align with organizational strategies.
Participate in the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
Oversee and manage recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment agencies.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities, industry associations, and professional networks, to enhance the talent pipeline.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and leverage this knowledge to improve recruitment strategies.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with employment ordinance and regulations throughout the hiring process.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Target Candidates:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a recruitment expert.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with employment ordinance and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft office, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent command of English and Chinese (with fluent Putonghua)
