Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement in our app and digital services.
  • Collaborate with product development and design teams to create user-friendly features that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention through digital channels.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions, advocating for their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer experience management, preferably within a digital banking environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with digital banking trends and customer behavior.
