Responsibilities:
Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement in our app and digital services.
Collaborate with product development and design teams to create user-friendly features that enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention through digital channels.
Conduct usability testing and gather insights to drive continuous improvement.
Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions, advocating for their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in customer experience management, preferably within a digital banking environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with digital banking trends and customer behavior.
