Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cold and hot dishes
• Prepare ingredients and dishes to ensure they are prepared to the correct recipes and quality
• Responsible for kitchen operations and cleaning
• Maintain food quality and high standards of kitchen hygiene awareness

Job Requirements:

• Culinary experience in hotels or western restaurants is preferred
• Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills
• Good command of English and Cantonese
