Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls and respond to guests' inquiries in an efficient and courteous tone
  • Ensure proper working condition of the telephone switchboard and the hotel computer systems


Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
  • Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
