What you will do:

  • Provide courteous, professional and efficient F&B service at all times 
  • Greet and seat guests in professional manner 
  • Take and manage reservations and table assignments effectively 
  • Engage in heart-felt and genuine conversation and respond to guests' inquiries in an efficient and courteous tone 
  • Build and maintain positive rapport with customers 

What you should have:

  • Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training
  • Preferable prerequisite experience in a hotel/ restaurant with good standards
  • Basic Computer Skills and Cashiering Skills 
  • Good communication skills and language skill
  • A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
