Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Assist managing the daily restaurant operation including standards of service, guest satisfaction, staff training, performance and the financial results in order to achieve the objectives of Food & Beverage Department.
• Interacts with guests to enhance communication, collects feedback and boost the sales revenue.
• Assists the restaurant manager to maintain the operational efficiency and service standards which goes beyond guests’ expectation and through occasional spot checking.
• Supervises the sub-ordinates and casual workers to ensure their duties are properly done and meet the performance standard.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ solid food & beverage experience in Restaurant.
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage standards of services and quality.
• Customer-oriented, friendly and pleasant, good team spirit.
• Open minded to new things.
• Good communication, interpersonal and co-operation skills
