Key Responsibilities:
Application Processing: Accurately input data, map documents, and file all relevant application materials. Follow up with customers to obtain any outstanding documents to ensure timely processing.
Dispute Resolution: Assist in the investigation and resolution of non-fraudulent disputes to maintain customer trust and service integrity.
Financial Operations: Support the team in settlement and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to help streamline department operations.
Procedure Compliance: Ensure that all processes and procedures are executed timely and meet the established standards of service.
Internal Support: Respond to inquiries from internal teams regarding card services, aiding in interdepartmental communication and efficiency.
Operational Efficiency: Monitor cardholder service workflows, suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Reporting: Prepare essential statistics, reports, and information as required by Card Associations, digital wallets, and partners.
Vendor Oversight: Assist in overseeing vendors related to card fulfillment and delivery to ensure seamless daily operations.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality customer service.
Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in handling telephone inquiries.
Fluent in English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua as a preferred qualification.
Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
