We are looking for a The Club & Guest Relations Officer based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As The Club & Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to:
- Greet VIP / Club guest and bit farewell
- Provide a smooth check in and check out experience
- Handle guests’ inquiries
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Service Industry, preferably in Hotel Front Office
- Self-motivated and independent team player
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
