Achieve / exceed individual sales target in light of meeting the needs of customers
Provide first-class customer service which meet the policies / rules / standards / requirements / guidelines prescribed by all concerned regulators as well as the Bank
Handle and review existing customers’ MPF schemes
Explore new business from new and existing customers
Outreach to the customers and provide on-site services
Requirements
University graduate, preferably major in Business Administration, Marketing; or related discipline
Passes in the MPF Intermediaries Examination and Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer
Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination is an advantage
Over two years’ experience in sales or marketing
Self-motivated, hard-working and independent
Good communication and presentation skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
