Company Secretarial Assistant (Board Secretariat)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of annual reports, interim reports, circulars, announcements and other corporate communications to shareholders
  • Provide full range of company secretarial services
  • Organize periodical Board and general meetings
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree or above, preferably with professional memberships of HKCGI / CGI
  • 3-5 years’ relevant working experience preferably from financial sector
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese and fluency in Mandarin
  • Effective interpersonal communication skill
  • Able to work independently and attentive to details
