Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital acquisition to bring in new to bank (NTB) customers cross different segments and reactivate customer relation and strengthen the relationship with the bank
  • Lead O2O CRM platform to deliver AI-driven experience from RM to online channel seamlessly with strong data driven and sales mindset
  • Collaborate with regional and local business stakeholders to define a cohesive vision and establish clear delivery roadmaps for Digital Customer Onboarding product
  • Translate business strategies and operational designs into actionable deliverables and digital activities
  • Coordinate the digital product delivery roadmap, address business impacts, and maintain stakeholder focus on agreed outcomes, prepare business cases to justify new digital investments
  • Drive innovative solutions, including digital transformation and new technology adoption & manage project metrics, risk factors, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure compliance with project governance framework and regulatory requirements
  • Provide inspiring leadership to the project team and advocate for project management disciplines
  • Identify and monitor critical interdependencies across projects, create synergy and uplift efficiency
  • Savvy user of control tower to monitor product performance, identify and resolve issues, and implement continuous improvements to enhance user experience and productivity
  • Manage the team's resource allocation, monitor project budget versus forecast
  • Foster a positive work culture emphasizing purpose-driven, relationship-led, innovative, decisive, and fun

Qualifications

  • University degree holder or equivalent
  • At least 15 years of relevant working experience, and 5 years of leadership experience
  • Excellent in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and skillful in engaging a wide range of stakeholders & C-Level leadership
  • Growth Mindset, willing to challenge status quote and identify short- and long-term goals
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, adaptive to changes, and able to deliver consistent performance in high pressure situations independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business problems into digital requirements
  • Experience in driving onboarding and/or digital projects, including identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and managing project execution
  • Good knowledge in digital products and/or services provided by banks is preferred
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
