Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee staff to run all operational activities, including settlement, risk management, compliance, and dealing activities.
• Foster collaboration, work closely with key stakeholders and take proactive measures to ensure front, middle and back-office operations are carried out efficiently and seamlessly for local and international markets.
• Stay ahead of market trends and emerging opportunities, proactively identifying and capitalizing on them to drive operational excellence,

Qualifications and Experience:

• Require minimum 5 years of relevant experience working in licensed corporations.
• Possess strong management and operational capabilities, with in-depth knowledge of back-office operations and risk management for global markets.
• Knowledgeable in the applications of financial technology utilized in securities trading systems, including experience with system testing and development.
• Have comprehensive understanding of and ability to comply with the relevant SFO and Exchange regulations and rules.
