Job Description:
Customer Service Officer is responsible for answering customer inquiries, supporting hotline and handling daily issues encountered by customers in operating their accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Handle service inquiries raised by clients
- Making outbound calls regarding our services
- Answer inbound calls from client's questions and interest in our services
- Recording and updating data
- Providing general administrative assistance to the department
- Handling ad hoc tasks, if required
Requirements:
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Fluent speaking of Mandarin
- Diploma or above with 2 years working experience at least
- Good in Mathematics & Finance is Preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
