Business Planning and Analytics Executive

Job description: 

• Support business/brand lead in monitoring sales performance by generating timely and effective reports and dashboards
• Conduct sales data analysis, translate the data to meaning readings, provide market insights, workable solutions or action plan if appropriate
• Stay updated on market trends, perform competitors’ analysis, review sales tactics and make recommendation in order to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Assist business/brand lead in preparing business presentation e.g. PowerPoint, and internal / external communication materials
• Collaborate with various teams to plan, execute, and manage retail projects under the guidance of the business/brand lead
• Ensure close communication with retail stores to maintain store productivity, operational efficiency, customer service excellence, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time

Job requirement: 

• University Degree in Business or related disciplines, with a preference for concentrations in Finance, Accounting and Business/Data Analytics
• 1 to 2 years’ working experience in business analysis within retail industry 
• Strong business and numerical sense with good analytical ability
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive, energetic, dynamic and with genuine passion in retail industry 
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and strong potential will be considered
