The Cost Accountant is responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy to determine/report the consumption cost of Food and Beverage, Country Store and Spa operations by arranging regular stock take.
Job Description
- Handle the critical section for month end closing, including journals preparation, stock reconciliation and physical stock count and ensure timely and accurate output
- Prepare a monthly analysis report, including cost analysis, balance sheet reconciliation and cost control reports
- Review recipe costing based on menu provided by F&B Kitchen team
- Provide support to operation departments, including pricing update and create item codes of point-of-sales and purchase system
- Regularly review the item master list in ERP system to update obsolete and duplicate items and ensure UOM conversions are placed
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Assistant Director of Finance or Finance Director
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or above in relevant academic discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hospitality or clubhouse industry
- Knowledge of food and beverage items
- Proficiency in Excel
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Experience in inventory management system and cost accounting
