Restaurant Services Agent (Waiter / Waitress) - Café-patisserie (5-day work)

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience while showcasing our delicious pastries, desserts, and beverages.
• Prepare and serve high-quality food and drinks, and ensure that all food items are displayed attractively and are on-brand
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment and assist with daily operations
• Promote daily specials and new menu items to boost sales

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• 1 year's relevant working experience is preferred
• Guest-oriented, friendly and courteous
• Good command in both spoken/written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
