Cafe Deco Group將於2024年6月和7月在黃竹坑, 中環和荃灣開設多間西式, 亞洲菜餐廳及咖啡室，亦歡迎加入其他地區店舖，敬請預約面試。We have Western, Asian restaurants and cafe outlets opening in Wong Chuk Hang, Central and Tsuen Wan in June and July 2024. You are also welcome to join our outlets in other districts. Please make appointment for an interview.

Job Description 主要職責

• 負責編排餐枱以達高效率及暢順營運 Responsible for table arrangement to ensure smooth restaurant operation 
• 接聽顧客查詢, 處理預訂並確保預留位置擺設妥當 Answer telephone enquiries, handle reservations and confirm daily booking, ensure that tables are set before clients’ arrival 
• 提供優質服務並以專業方式提供餐飲服務予賓客 Provide high quality service standard and provide recommendations on food and beverage items in a professional manner to our restaurant guests 

Job Requirements 工作要求

• 中五或以上程度及1年相關經驗 Form 5 or above with 1year relevant experience 
• 性格外向和充滿活力，具有良好的客戶服務、人際交往和溝通技巧Outgoing and energetic personality, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills 
• 良好英語與中文溝通能力; 具普通話溝通能力者優先 Good command of spoken English and Chinese; knowledge in Mandarin a plus 
• 合資格在香港工作 Eligible to work in Hong Kong
