Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job ads posting, resume screening, interviews coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR information
- Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employment verifications
- Support HR reporting and analytics initiatives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferred in Fashion Retail industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Workday) systems
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
