Part-time HR & Admin Assistant

MOISELLE

Responsibilities:

  • Support HR & Admin Department to handle all-rounded HR & Admin. functions including but not limited to employee onboarding, payroll calculation, leave records , attendance records and HR system maintenance;
  • Support Admin duties;
  • Handle ad hoc HR projects.
     

Requirements:

  • Able to work 3-4 days per week, 09:00-18:00;
  • Diploma or above in HRM/ Business Administration or related disciplines; preferably gained from retail/ F&B industry;
  • Minimum 1 years’ HR generalist experience;
  • Self-motivated, can do attitude, detail minded and well-organized;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
