Job Description:
- Arrange appointments for nurses/care assistants to attend interviews.
- Arrange interviews, organize seating, prepare application forms/ guidelines, video set up, etc.
- Entering, maintaining and updating computer records, such as entering nurses information from their registration forms into nurse system, checking of nurses’ updated availability records, etc.
- Making sure that any new documents such as new registration forms are sent out to I.C.s and ensure their completed forms’ return
- Book nurses promptly and liaise with clients, providing an efficient follow-up service in order to maintain accounts
- Matching, scheduling, booking and monitoring QHNA caregivers
- Entering, maintaining and updating computer records after bookings
- Collecting market information and communicating to management and colleagues
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess HCA / HW or PCW certificate
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, with customer service experience preferred
- Good computer skills - hands on PC knowledge in Excel/MS Word
- Experience in office work, good telephone manner and communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Able to work independently but as a teamplayer as well
- Shift hours and work weekends are necessary
