Officer, Customer Relationship

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow-up with existing customers on loan repayment, redemption and their enquiries in a professional and integrity way
• Promote loan refinance service to existing customers
• Explore business opportunities with existing clients proactively
• Devote accountability and contribute capabilities in ad hoc projects to achieve Company strategic plan

Requirements:

• Tertiary education, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 4
• At least 2 years working experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aggressive, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office
