IT Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system and technical support to PC users
• Perform hardware, software & network installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Perform computer asset management
• Monitor the IT system and network health status
• Assist in testing of in house system development
• Assist to handle any ad-hoc projects upon request by supervisor

Requirement

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines
• Fresh graduate is welcomed, solid experience is an advantage
• Hand on support and implementation experience in MS Windows, WAN, LAN, MS Office
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server would be an asset
• Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal and task management skills
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
