Major Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries/orders processing in shipping tracing
• Assist in shipping data input and verification checking
• Provide clerical support and report preparation to department
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Manual work is required

Basic Requirements:

• Secondary school or above
• Fair in both written and spoken English
• Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Excel & Work
• Detailed-minded, willing to learn and a good team player
• 5-day work per week, shift duties from Mon to Sun
• Work location: Airport
