Senior System Engineer

Job Duties:

• Design, configure, monitor and maintain the Network, Server and Storage related infrastructure ( e.g. routers, switches, Windows, Linux, VMWare)
• Maintain the information security with reference to ISO27001 standard
• Project Management on the implementation of IT Projects, including budgeting, scheduling and liaison with Service Provider
• Research security enhancements and make recommendations to Management
• Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents
• Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Other ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Studies or related disciplines
• A minimum of 7 years' working experience supporting infrastructure with Wintel and Linux system
• Solid experience in Windows Server (AD, ADFS, Group Policy, DNS), MS SQL Server, Linux, VMware VSphere, ESXi Deployment
• Solid experience in monitoring, and configuration in firewall, security appliances, network diagnostic and network analytics tools, and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Knowledge in IT processes with formal training in ITIL, ISO27001 is an advantage
• Holder of IT professional certificate, e.g. MCSA, MCP, CCNA, CCNP is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
