Officer, Client Servicing - Medical Partnership

We are looking for an Officer to handle daily requests and servicing issues raised by clients, provide onsite training and support manager in sales functions to sustain business growth.

Job Description: 

• Handle enquiries and follow up requests from medical providers
• Work closely with the team to deliver quality service to providers
• Provide administrative support of daily operation
• Conduct on-site visits and training
• Assist in the implementation of sales activities and provide sales support functions.
• Provide timely response and reply to clients in good English writing and professional manner
• Support in data reporting and analysis
• Special assignments from time to time
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job requirements:

• Degree or above
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience
• Self-motivated, dedicated, independent and customer-service oriented
• Good interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skill
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Mandarin skills will be an advantage.
• Good on skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Hands on user of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, VBA and pivot table) for preparing reports would be an advantage.
