Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform Front Office Operations in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide friendly and personalised services to guests
  • Ensure all guests enquiries are met in prompt, informative yet friendly solution
  • Actively promote the services, facilities and standards of the hotel at every opportunity, and upholds its image at all times

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year working experience in customer service is preferred
  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality 

*Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Front Desk Officer.
