F&B Operations Clerk

“Showaki Food Town” is themed around the Showa era from the 1940s to the 1980s, showcasing the essence of aesthetics from that time period in every detail, from the rustic wooden walls to the vintage lighting. It takes customers on a wonderful journey back in time. “Showaki Food Town” brings together 10 distinctive Japanese eateries, each with a menu carefully designed and managed by the Michelin-starred team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operations and administration support to the team including preparation of invoices & delivery documents, etc.
• Maintains & Updates the department's filing system and ensures internal documents are forwarded to appropriate departments.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 2 years sales support experience, preferred from F&B / FMCG / manufacturing industries
• Proactive, well-organized and attention in details
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and work processing

Work Location and Office Hours:

• Work at Tsim Sha Tsui Restaurant
• From 10am - 8pm
• 9 hrs work + 1 hr lunch with meal allowance
• 6 days off per month
