Front Desk Supervisor

We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist Front Desk Manager in daily operations, such as room inventory control and daily room assignment
  • Ensure all guests feel welcome and their expectations are met with satisfaction
  • Handle guest comments and complaints tactfully, efficiently and complies with the Hotel policies and procedures
  • Provide regular training and guidance to staff members to ensure high standard of services

Requirements:

  • 3 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
  • Knowledge in “Opera PMS” is preferable
  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good knowledge of computer operating systems, such as Microsoft office software (Word, Excel)
  • Service oriented, proactive and able to work well in stressful and high pressure situation

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Front Desk Supervisor
