Part-time Loyalty Ambassador (4 mths Contract)

Job highlights:

• Fully understand and promote “Red by Dufry" loyalty program to Chinese customers with App or mini programs platforms to Chinese customers
• Drive member acquisition and loyalty services to customers in store​
• Support in member’s sales and customer services

Job details:

• Onsite promote Red By Dufry loyalty program to potential customers in order to meet our monthly targets, assigned by the loyalty team
• Handling in-store member enquiries and feedback including member recruitment and promotions etc, via available communication channels, e.g. face-to-face , social media and emails etc.
• Provide concierge services in VIP loyalty activities, i.e. Greeting member, pre-ordering service support, personalized member shopping service and exclusive VIP events, gifts redemptions etc.
• Administration, reporting clerical support and ad hoc loyalty projects support if necessary
• Specific responsibilities as required by direct manager and the loyalty team

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, fluent Putonghua, Cantonese and English
• 1-3 years or more full-time working experience in  membership service or customer service in retail, hospitality and F&B etc. and familiar with Chinese customers and their buying behaviors
• Attention to details, patient and customer-centric
• Fresh graduates and undergraduates in hospitality management or relevant subjects are also welcomed
• Willing to work during weekend/holidays

• 熟悉「Red by Dufry」會員計劃並向國地客戶推廣，利用應用程式或小程序作會員登記及推動
• 招募新會員，並於店內提供會員計劃有關服務
• 協助會員銷售和提供客戶服務

工作詳情:

• 與會員計劃團隊，店內向客人推廣 Red By Dufry 會員計劃，並達至每月目標
• 通過溝通管道，如店內直接溝通、社群媒體和電子郵件等，處理會員查詢和回饋，包括會員招募，推廣及促銷活動等等
• 為VIP會員提供禮賓服務，如會員迎賓、預訂服務支援、個人化會員購物體驗及專屬VIP活動、禮品兌換等等
• 提供報告文書和特別會員活動支援
• 處理由直接經理和會員計劃團隊安排的工作

職位要求：

• 大專或以上學歷，流利國語、粵語、英語
• 1-3年或以上零售、酒店或餐飲服務業全職經驗，備會員服務或客戶服務經驗優先，且熟悉了解國內客人及其購買行為
• 著重細節、耐心、以客人為本
• 歡迎酒店管理或有關課程的應屆畢業生和大專生應徵
• 能於周末及節假日上班
