We are looking for a Assistant Concierge based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Assistant Concierge, we rely on you to:

  • Assign staff in guest luggage storage and pick-up for all arrival & departure’s guests
  • Assign staff in efficient parcel / newspaper / message delivery
  • Assist guests in air ticket arrangement and Visa applications
  • Provide updated and relevant recommendations about restaurants, shopping areas and tourist attractions
  • Arrange limousine/shuttle service for guests upon request
  • Supervise and assist in the departmental training of Concierge team

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in 5-star Hotel Concierge Department
  • Reliable and service-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and work independently
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
