Assistant Security Operations Manager / Security Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates overall security at the site. Ensures all security staff comply with company directives.
• Performs security scheduling functions, monitors performance, and supervises the security team to perform day-to-day security operations, as well as the daily control room operations.
• Maintains proficiency with the building's life safety system and central security panel and trains security staff with respect to life safety systems and emergency response procedures.
• Maintains daily logs and shift reports, and prepares reports for the Site Leader in case of critical incidents, reviews reports 
• Deploy security staff to incidents
• Operate and monitor CCTV and various alarm systems
• Communicates with related parties, i.e. clients, guests, and management about any security issues that arise

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
 

• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit (Cat. A & B) and QAS certificate
• High School graduates / QF Level 3 or above.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial role in security industry
• Valid Certification in First Aid and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) are highly preferred
• Good knowledge of local criminal law, crime prevention, security operations and security systems
• Good command both spoken and written English and Cantonese
