Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive quality management system
  • Uphold the quality and service standard across the hotel per Forbes and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards
  • Guide the whole hotel to carry out corrective actions and enhancement measures on service and quality
  • Responsible for all platforms and systems related to guest comments, service and quality performance
  • Hold regular meetings to review the performance on service and quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Possession of at least 5 years' experience in Hotel industry is a must
  • With proven record in enhancing overall service standard to exceed guest expectation
  • Understanding in international service standard requirements like Forbes, LQA and Deloitte is preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • With strong presentation skills and able to lead the Department Heads in driving service enhancement
  • Well versed in PowerPoint, Excel and hotel operation systems
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quality Manager
