Manager, Fulfillment (Credit Card Operation)

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor to monitor all works within credit card fulfillment team and coach subordinates on daily work issues
• Monitor processing of cardholder data maintenance requests and credit card service requests (e.g. Octopus AAVS application)
• Work closely with Credit Card product team on credit card stationery and gift replenishment; handling of welcome gift and promotional premium redemption etc.
• Prepare management information reports (MIS) for operational and management review
• Liaise with outsourcing vendors/ suppliers and maintain their service quality at satisfactory level
• Prepare user requirements and conduct user acceptance tests on system/ daily workflow enhancement

Requirements

• Higher Diploma graduate or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in credit card operation, 2 years of which is at supervisory and management level
• Strong knowledge in credit card system is a must, preferrable in VisionPlus
• Experience in defining system user requirements and parameters is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office Applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
