Sales Manager – Long Stay

Responsibilities:

• Handle all long stay liaisons and co-ordination with internal and external parties including tenant management, leasing enquiry, pre-leasing administration, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal
• Conduct market research, data analysis and compile leasing reports
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior
