Assistant Financial Services Manager [Ref no: AFSM-ALAM]

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client calls regarding financial transaction instructions and investment inquiries;
• Accurately and efficiently process client trading instructions in compliance with regulatory and internal operational guidelines;
• Handle basic client inquiries regarding trading status and order execution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in financial services related;
• Passed in HKSI 1, 7, 8 or equivalent is a must;
• Independent, flexible, analytical with good problem-solving ability;
• Excellent communication skill with strong risk awareness;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
