Assistant Settlement Officer / Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily settlement activities for Hong Kong and global markets
• Handle daily operation including corporate actions, settlement instructions, fund transfers, IPO and CCASS operations
• Manage daily and monthly reconciliations
• Perform system UAT and system upgrades

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Can-do attitude
•  Strong sense of accuracy, responsibility and pay attention to details
• AI-savvy and able to apply AI tools thoughtfully to improve processes
• Working experience in settlement operations is an advantage
• More experience and qualifications will be considered as an Officer/Senior Officer
