About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within The Mandarin Salon in Hong Kong, the Esthetician is responsible for, but not limited to performing as trained treatments to guests in a professional. The Esthetician reports to the Salon and Barber Manager.

As Esthetician, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Salon and Barber Manager.
• To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Salon and Barber.
• Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests.
• Ensure that the Treatment Room/ area is tidy, clean and stocked at all times.

As Esthetician, we expect from you:

• Must possess a good written and verbal command in the English Language
• Preferably have a thorough knowledge of the Spa/ Beauty industry.
• Must have beauty waxing experiences and threading (if possible)
