Senior Dealer

Responsibilities

• Execute and handle orders for HK and global securities, futures, and funds, primarily for institutional and corporate clients
• Monitor client portfolios, trading activities, and margin levels with a focus on institutional accounts
• Lead or actively participate in system development projects, UAT, and implementation of new trading platforms
• Assist in drafting and updating operational manuals, guidelines, and product-specific documentation
• Support account opening processes and deliver high-touch client services to institutional clients via telephone, email, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., Compliance, Settlement, IT) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments independently as required

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, or related disciplines
• Holder of SFC Type 1 and Type 2 licenses is a MUST; Type 4 license is an advantage
• Minimum 8 years of solid dealing experience in financial institutions or brokerage firms, with proven experience handling institutional clients
• Independent, capable of working under pressure, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Proactive, detail-oriented, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality service
• Willing to work shift duties (including night shifts) as required
