Officer/ Senior Officer, Clearing Operations

Responsibilities

• Responsible for verifying inward clearing cheques through the UnisignDP signature verification system and handling inward returned cheques and FPS returned funds
• Handle Inward Autopay exceptional transactions through FPS from BOA system, ATM operations and post-transactions through TM, and perform data entry for Inward and Outward electronic clearing set-up applications
• Handle enquiries from branches regarding deposits, FPS and mis-transferred fund cases; carry out various customer instructions and prepare correspondence with customers and external parties
• Draft financial letters as per customer's request and verify signatures of local banks
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Well-organized, self-motivated and attention to details
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
